Short Film "Shelter After A Dark Night" is about a dream of a boy who slept outside AIIMS Hospital (New Delhi) in severe "Cold" after his chemotherapy while having the treatment of "Cancer" at AIIMS, but after the innovative step by Aam Aadmi Party Government (AAP) who converted useless Blueline buses into "Night Shelters" people like Sonu (boy) and Sadanand (Sonu's Father) have Shelter above their head.
