The holiday house “Villaggio Paradiso” is a little and comfortable family estate surrounded by the green of the Tuscan countryside and situated in the famous route Via “Chiantigiana”, that goes from the Valdarno to Siena (45 Km) crossing the well-known resorts of Chianti, as Gaiole, Greve and Radda, famous for their castles and for the D.O.C.G. (controlled and guaranteed) wines.
Even though it is faraway from the daily life noises, it is placed just 1 km away from Montevarchi centre, a smiling town in the Arezzo province, that offers restaurants, shops, sanitary structures, supermarkets and this is not all…. it is only 1 km away from the train station, from where regular trains for Firenze (Florence) are departing, reachable in 30 minutes, and for Arezzo, in 20 minutes. This corner of “Paradiso” (Paradise), a very recent construction, is standing within 10 hectares of land characterized by a vineyard, fruit trees, woodland plants, flowers and a precious walnut trees park that holds in its centre a beautiful swimming pool with solarium and reading areas.
Posted in the low and high parts of the estate you can find the seven apartments; five are near the main entrance in front of the park, and the other two are facing the vineyard. Each apartment is furnished in pure Tuscan style with rafters and a ‘cotto d’Este’ (fired brick) floor, each of them with an independent entrance.
