Add some spice to your life by making spaghetti in marinara sauce commonly known as red pasta sauce. Its a quick recipe and very easy to make. Follow the simple instructions of chef Ruchi Bharani and try this homemade spaghetti recipe.
Ingredients:
100 gms Spagethi
Basil leaves
400 gms tomato Pulp
1 tsp Sugar
1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
1/2 cup Zucchini
Oregano
1 tbsp Chilli Flakes
1 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce
Salt
Pepper
1 Onion
1&1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Tabasco
Method:
- Heat some olive oil, add some chopped onions and quickly saute them
- Once the onions turn translucent, add garlic paste, zucchini and cook it
- Add some mushrooms to it and saute it as well
- Add tomato pulp and add red chilli flakes, red chilli sauce, Tabasco sauce, ketchup, sugar and mix everything well.
- Roughly tear some basil leaves and drop it in the gravy.
- Add dry oregano, salt and cook it fior about 7 - 8 mins
- Add water if necessary
- Add some boil spaghetti and mix everything well
- The spaghetti in red pasta sauce is ready to be served
