At least three people are dead and two are missing after weekend floods in Romania.
Heavy rainfall coincided with melting snow, hitting the south the hardest, where several rivers burst their banks and roads were cut by landslides.. Bulgaria and Serbia were also hit, with the latter warning the situation is critical in several municipalities.
