Amateur video appears to show the aftermath of a bomb blast in the Syrian city of Homs.
Local media said 14 people died in the blast in front of a mosque as people were leaving.
The mosque is in a part of the city controlled by the government.
The video was posted on a social media website and can't be independently verified by Reuters.
State television said dozens more people were wounded in the explosion.
There was no way to confirm who was responsible for the blast.
It comes at a time when forces loyal to Syrian President Bashar al-Assad looked close to retaking rebel-held areas in Homs.
This video, again impossible to independently verify, purports to show the impact of government bombardment of the city.
It also purports to show the effects of government attacks on Aleppo where opponents have accused Assad of destroying entire neighbourhoods in recent weeks.
