The National Association for the Blind (India) seeks for all those who have visual limitations, equality with their fellow citizens. For the second time in Lok Sabha elections, special arrangements have been made for blind voters to exercise their franchise without help from a companion, assuring secrecy of their ballot.These EVMs will enable those with disabilities to vote in complete confidentiality.
