Dr. Flax finally gave a kick start to his practice of Anesthesiology in the year 1985 in Lakeland, Florida. With the passage of time, and with his dedication and commitment to the field of Anesthesiology, he took to the establishment of the Watson Clinic Department of Anesthesiology.
