Noah Van Vooren, from Wisconsin has Down Syndrome. The footage shows Noah’s face as his relatives handed him the envelope. With a big smile he took it, fumbled over the opening for a bit before grasping the ever-important paperwork in his hands.

He got a little angry when his dad asked if he could read it to him, but got over it quickly and recited the news that he had indeed been accepted to Edgewood College's 'Cutting Edge Program.'

What followed was Noah’s yells of sheer happiness. After telling his dad he loved him, Noah tugged off his sweatshirt, roared and altered his voice to sound just like an overly excited sports announcer.

The clip is certainly heartwarming, but then again so is Noah’s life story.
