A 27-year-old Taiwanese man, Koa, garroted his ex girlfriend's grandmother as a revenge. At first, he planned to kill his ex and then commit suicide. However, he was not able to murder his ex because she went out to work. He then talked to her grandmother, but lost control when he saw his ex's photos with other men. He killed the grandma, and tried to kill other family members. Neighbors stopped him and helped police to arrest him.
