Bernadette Ségol, secretary general of the European Trade Union Confederation, said she's not convinced that a U.S.-EU trade partnership would create decent jobs. The pact would have losers, Segol argues, at a Washington Post-European Voice conference in Paris on the future of transatlantic trade.
