Jackson, AEG Live reach agreement; Flavor Flav pleads guilty

Attorneys for Michael Jackson's mother Katherine and AEG Live reached a settlement agreement stemming from last year's wrongful death trial. Katherine Jackson agreed to pay more than $800,000 for costs associated with a five-month trial that ended in a victory for AEG.

Rapper Flavor Flav must attend counseling sessions after pleading guilty to lesser charges in a Las Vegas domestic violence case. The rapper was accused of threatening the son of his longtime girlfriend in 2012. Flavor Flav was given a one-year suspended sentence alongside 12 mandatory counseling sessions.

Orlando Bloom used his star power in Jordan to bring attention to Syrian refugees. The actor, who is also a UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador, visited with families at a refugee camp in Jordan near the Syrian border. While at the camp, Bloom paid a visit to children at a UNICEF-supported school and spoke about the importance of education.
