Defense lawyers for five men accused of planning the Sept. 11th attacks say they --- not their clients --- are being investigated by the FBI.
Attorneys representing Ramzi Bin al Shibh says FBI agents approached one of their team members earlier and "asked him to sign an agreement."
Now defense lawyers say they're being put in a difficult position --- represent their clients and risk being investigated by the government.
On Sunday, they filed an emergency motion requesting next week's pretrial hearings at Guantanmo be stopped --- until an investigation into the FBI probe is completed.
