People of Punjab especially young men are joining MQM in large numbers
The founder and leader of MQM Mr. Altaf Hussain has said people have realized the propaganda campaign against MQM by the exploitive forces in Punjab. He added that people of Punjab especially young men were joining MQM in large numbers.
Mr. Hussain expressed these views while addressing office bearers of the Central Punjab at Punjab House. He welcomed the young men and students who had joined MQM.
“Parties who are under the influence of the establishment have always enjoyed great influence in Punjab. These parties have always put hurdles in the work of MQM, which is against the status quo. MQM has faced hurdles in Punjab too. Exploitive forces has always waged a propaganda campaign against MQM in Punjab. They have levelled charges of subversion and terrorism to poison the minds of poor and the middle class people of Punjab against MQM. They have kept MQM away from Punjab so they can keep their feudal system intact, “ Mr. Hussain said.
“A true ideology gradually and slowly spreads. MQM’s message is spreading in Punjab and people are coming under the banner of MQM despite their conspiracies, hurdles and negative propaganda. The poor and middle class people have realized that outmoded system must be changed. The newly-developed political consciousness among people in Punjab is a sign of success for MQM, “ Mr. Hussain said.
Mr. Hussain praised and paid great tributes to the office bearers of MQM Punjab. He told them they should not be discouraged by hurdles. They should continue to spread the message of MQM with determination. They will meet with success if they work with determination.
He urged the office bearers to participate in sports and other healthy activities besides their organizational work. They should bring talented people on the front if they want to end nepotism and favoritism. He said that we could bring a good name to our country this way.
