Kaohsuing Police Department recently discovered thirty photos posted online of a man who stalks random girls and ejaculates onto them.
The pervert first takes a photo of his target's face. Then he takes a photo of himself beating his meat, before taking another of him jizzing on his prey. The photos were later reposted on multiple websites by anonymous users.
There are at least four victims of the sick man's 'cum shots,' according to sources.
According to the police, the photos were taken in food courts, apparel shops and subway stations. They could've been taken in Taiwan, and shot using a cell phone. As the man has committed indecent assult, the police are tracking the IP address of the posts. Forwarding and reposting such photos to other websites is also a crime, they added.
Psychiatrist Chou Huang-chi said the pervy perp could've been frustrated or embarrassed in the past when dealing with opposite sex. Such exhibitionism and jerking off on random women would help to sate his frustrations.
Chou added that the kind of photos could encourage people with similar fetishes to follow suit.
