A 21-year-old male student surnamed Chang committed suicide because he thought his girlfriend was cheating on him. Chang was walking with his girlfriend along the Love River in Kaohsiung on the evening of January 6th. He saw his girlfriend was unhappy, so he decided to jump into the water to draw her attention. Unfortunately for him, Chang couldn't swim and drowned.
