Few days ahead of polls Congress seems to be battling a fresh controversy. Congress Rajya Sabha MP KVP Ramachandra Rao has been indicted by a US court for allegedly bribing government officials to facilitate mining licenses in Andhra Pradesh. Even as US court has charged him along with five others in this international corruption scheme, the Congress MP is currently absconding.
