1.Both medical and counter insurgency pay packets should be provided to such personnel employed in high risk industries.They are susceptible to chest infections and skin infections.
2. Above all the CISF must suggest that the government should make mandatory a tie up with the services of such firms who assess risk.
Methods and techniques we can apply include:
• consequence and frequency analysis for fires,explosions, toxic releases, etc, covering human harm and environmental effects
• human factors assessment
• availability analysis and maintenance management studies.
ALSO :- I WOULD LIKE TO BRING TO YOUR NOTICE THAT Delhi Police should be re-instated at all Metros in small batches along with the CISF.The Delhi police who know the terror mechanisms outside the stations are more suitable to assist the CISF in their tasks then any private security force ,which however can still continue in disciplining crowds.
