SpinMedia - Justin Bieber Is Arrested in Miami on Suspicion of DUI

Continuing a recent pattern of self-destructive decision making, Justin Bieber was arrested last night in Miami. Police say he was drag racing and admit to having consumed alcohol and marijuana at the time of his arrest.
