Chinese use bomb to break ice on rivers...and To avoid flood.

The Chinese military has bombed a section of the frozen Yellow River in Inner Mongolia in an effort to prevent floods.
Over 20 bombshells were dropped on the river after a large amount of ice blocked its flow and caused the water level to rise.
