A judge ruled that Kanye West and Kim Kardashian may continue their lawsuit over leaked footage from their proposal, because it does not violate the free speech rights of YouTube co-founder Chad Hurley. As John Basedow (@JohnBasedow) reports, Kimye sued Hurley after he posted a video of West's lavish proposal to his website, and Hurley tried to get the lawsuit dismissed.
