UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon arrived in Moscow for a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin as diplomatic tensions continue to rise over Russia's annexation of Crimea.
"I'm deeply concerned about the current situation," Ban said.
He will travel to Kiev on Friday for similar talks.
