The 2006 Rose Bowl is considered by many to be one of the greatest games in college football history. It featured the two-time defending national champion #1 USC Trojans (12-0), who came into the game riding a 34-game winning streak, and the #2 Texas Longhorns (12-0), who were looking for their first national championship since 1970.
QB Vince Young, Texas, was the game's MVP.
