It's an incident that takes barbarism to another level. A 22-year-old married woman was raped and paraded naked in full public view by a goon in Madhya Pradesh. The accused has now been arrested but with this incident coming to light the Shivaraj Singh Chouhan government is caught on the back foot. The National Commission for Women questioned his govt for failing to ensure women safety in the state.
