Big Bang's gravitational waves detected

Madrid, Mar 18 (EFE).- A team of U.S. scientists at the South Pole has detected for the first time the "primordial gravitational waves" that were generated by the Big Bang.

This spectacular discovery, which experts say is worthy of the Nobel Prize, was announced by the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics in Massachusetts (USA) and published in the British journal "Nature".
