In a bizarre diktat given by a terror outfit, cinema exhibitors in Manipur have been asked to pay a hefty amount of money if they want to release movies. The terror outfit KCPP has threatened the Manipuri film industry of dire consequences if their demands are not met. Members of the film fraternity in the state have appealed to the terror outfit to lift its diktat.
