Fashion designer L'Wren Scott, the girlfriend of The Rolling Stone's Mick Jagger, was found dead in her New York home from an apparent suicide.
Authorities say the 47-year-old designer, whose timeless styles were favorites among Hollywood's elite, was found hanging from a scarf in her apartment in the morning.
A spokesperson for Jagger said he is "completely shocked and devastated" by the news.
Scott, who was raised in Utah, started her career as a fashion model in Paris before becoming a designer.
