A bench of Supreme Court headed by the Chief Justice of India will today hear Subrato Roy's writ petition challenging his detention. Sahara's legal team is maitaining that his detention is illegal and unconstitutional. All eyes remain firm on the SC order today that could decide if Roy will stay in police custody or get bail.
