inspired by a phrase, "smell the poetry" spoken by Michael Enright on CBC's the Sunday Edition; i don't know if it is/was a cliché, but it caught my ear...... and then Colin Alexander wrote a terrific very poetic love song with the phrase "lean into the curve" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vIkm2wg5Eyg and the two phrases catalyzed this bit of 'wrestling with the muse' humour
