Officials say a rear wheel of an Airbus A320 -- operated by Indian budget airline, IndiGo -- caught fire on Saturday.

It happened after landing at Nepal's International airport in Kathmandu, as the aircraft was taxiing to a parking bay.

All passengers and crew on the flight from New Delhi were safely evacuated by emergency chutes.

The carrier said it had grounded the aircraft for inspection.
