The maverick director and master craftsman, Subhash Ghai has has returned to the silver screen with Kaanchi after a 5 long years.The movie is based on a woman who is a crusader against the injustices prevailing against women in the country. Debutante Mishti is essaying the lead role and the film also stars Karthik Aryan,Chandan Roy Sanyal, Rishi Kapoor and Mithun Chakraborty.Subhah Ghai's last movie was Yuvvraaj starring Salman.
