The FIM Motocross Championship started on Sunday March 2 in Qatar. The second race in the MXGP class was won by the Frenchman Gautier Paulin (Kawasaki) who also took the overall lead. His teammate Steven Frossard finished second, with Antonio Cairoli (KTM) third.
