Ingredients:
500 gms गाजर (कसा हुआ)
500 ml दूध
3/4 कटोरी चीनी
1 tbsp घी
बादाम
1/2 tsp इलाइची पाउडर
Method:
- Heat ghee in a pan.
- Add grated carrots & stir it well.
- After cooking for 1 - 1.5 minutes, add milk and mix it well.
- Let the mixture cook for 10-15 minutes till the milk is reduced to half.
- Add 1/2 - 3/4th cup of sugar, as per taste.
- Cook till all the milk and water is dried out.
- Add 1/2 tsp. roasted cardamom powder and some roasted almond flakes.
- Keep it for cooling for 30 - 40 mins so that it sets nicely.
- Serve hot / cold as you like it
