A woman in Stockholm first spotted a python creeping across the floor of her apartment. Right before cops arrived at the home, the python managed to crawl into the woman’s loudspeakers.
Stumbling upon a large snake in your home is typically not pleasant. A woman in Stockholm recently experienced just that. She was absolutely terrified.
The lady first spotted the python gliding across the floor of her apartment. She immediately notified police and asked for help in getting the slithery creature out of her house.
Right before cops arrived at the home, the python managed to crawl into the woman’s loudspeakers. That made things a little harder for officers.
They were unable to coax it away from the loudspeaker and unsure of other methods to get the python out so they asked for advice from local zookeepers. The cops were urged to place the entire loudspeaker in a bag and transport it to a local animal park and zoo. They did just that.
The park’s managing director detailed the process stating ‘We then decided to offer the snake a dead, delicious mouse right by the hole of the loudspeaker. It finally poked its head out and we grabbed it’. The snake was determined to be a non venomous Australian carpet python.
Authorities suspect the loudspeaker preferring snake escaped from its human owner and wandered into the woman's home. The python was placed into the custody of zookeepers.
