McDonald's Hit with Supersize $1.5 Million Lawsuit over Napkin Dispute - McDonald's is facing a $1.5-million lawsuit from a new Golden Arch enemy...over one napkin. As John Basedow (@JohnBasedow) reports, a California man claims he suffers 'mental anguish' and can no longer work after being given a single napkin with his Quarter Pounder Deluxe order at McDonald's. When he requested more, a manager allegedly refused and made a comment that the man viewed as racist. This isn't the first bizarre lawsuit the fast food chain has faced. The most notable others include a couple teenagers suing the Big Mac maker for making them obese and a lady who spilled 'too hot' McDonald's coffee while in her car.
