After raising the poll pitch in Uttarakhand, Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi will today (Feb 24) step into Haryana. The visit coming just a day after Aam Aadmi Party leader Arvind Kejriwal kick started his election campaign from the state. But rivals will wait and watch to see if Rahul retorts to Modi's attack.
