Maharashtra Navnirman Sena Chief Raj Thackeray was released from preventive custody hours after he was formally arrested earlier in the day in Chembur, Mumbai on Wednesday (February 12). This after the party called for a stronger agitation against toll fee collection across Maharashtra. Raj Thackeray has announced that he will carry out a protest march from Mumbai's Girgaum Chowpatty to Mantralaya on Feb 21st. The MNS had earlier undertaken its 'Rasta Roko' agitation and several MNS workers were detained by the Police in Vashi and Pune.
