Hello everyone! In this class, Justin will try to analyze the whole approach to answering a TOEFL speaking question (task #1 & 2). He will work with the example question: "What would be your favorite pet? Why?"
Not only should it help you get a good approach on the structure to answer a TOEFL speaking question, but you could also try to tackle the question and give your own answer to it. Try to compare it with Justin's answer and see what is similar and what is different! Remember, it's not because you're not saying the same thing that it's necessarily wrong.

Here's a small recap of the 8 sentences strategy:
Structure your answer in 8 sentences.
Sentence #1 is the answer to the question.
Sentence #2 is the first part of the answer.
Sentences #3 & 4 are the explanations of sentence #2
Sentence #5 is the second part of the answer
Sentence #6 & 7 are the explanations of sentence # 5
Sentence #8 is a short summary of your answer (you reiterate your point).
