Video game violence makes teens morally immature. That is the latest claim from researchers Brock University. They concluded that if teens spend hours playing violent video games, the end result is stunted emotional growth.

The Canadian study surveyed 109 boys and girls between the ages of 13 and 14. They were asked whether they liked playing video games, which games they liked playing and how long they spent playing them. The teenagers also responded to questions regarding their moral development.

The study concluded that those who played violent video games were less likely to be empathize with others and take others' feelings and perspective into account.
