According to a scathing report released Tuesday by Republicans on the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, the United States is woefully unprepared for cyber attacks. The report paints a picture of American cybersecurity far more underwhelming than the country’s expenditures might lead one to believe.
