This pseudonym refers to Billy James' Orchestra. Although he was a talented songwriter who composed quite a few tunes and recorded a significant number of good dance band sides for dime store labels, unfortunately hardly anything is known about him today. This rarely heard tune was recorded in 1927. The short speaking solo is by Arthur Fields and one or more uncredited band members.
