CANINE KILLING: Officials in Sochi Planning to Exterminate Large Number of Street Dogs

Officials in Sochi, Russia are reportedly planning to kill a large number of strays leading up to the Olympics. According to the AP, Russia doesn't have any shelters for the dogs, so their way of dealing with the excess number is extermination.
