The administration of Pakistan's southwestern province, Balochistan, has appealed to the federal government for help to deal with its large refugee population.Some 1.6 million Afghans live in 81 refugee camps in Pakistan with limited access to education and employment opportunities.Many refugees cannot return home until there is peace in Afghanistan. Some have been living in Pakistan for over three decades.Afghanistan is expected to hold an election in April, but many Afghan refugees living in neighbouring countries will not be able to vote.Al Jazeera's Osama Bin Javaid reports from Pishin, Pakistan.
