Hello and welcome to the puzzle guide for the hall of ascension in tomb raider.
You find the hall of ascension in the Mountain Village and it is one of the two tombs in that area. Here is a guide for the other tomb (including it's location): http://youtu.be/I6yH6oFrWBw
To start with close the windows using the crank underneath them. Then go to the other winch but wait for the bottom window to open again. Then turn the winch and jump up to the platform. Wait for the other two windows to open and the platform to carry you forwards and upwards. Jump to the white part of the wall ahead and jump again to grab onto the ledge. Follow the ledge all the way to the left. At the end jump to the left and you will land on a platform.
After looting the gold chest in the room to the right you have raided the hall of ascension.
