Written guide:
To beat Bane when you are still in the hotel punch him as much as possible. If he has a red halo above him dodge out of his way. If he has a blue halo above him counter him.
As soon as you get to the balcony dodge out of the way of Bane. He will run at you 4 times and then jump at you. Dodge out of the way of the jump, then get close and do the ultra stun attack. Then beat him up until you get the combo take down prompt.
Now keep attacking bane. Counter him and the other enemies as soon as you see them charge towards you. If Bane has a red halo be sure to dodge. After a while Bane will enter his venom state again. Keep dodging around the place to avoid him running at you and the other enemies attacking you. Close on him as soon as he has jumped at you and do the ultra stun again and beat him up as before.
Keep going through this cycle until you have beaten Bane.
