ROUGH CUT (NO NARRATION)
With shadowy silhouettes and sparkling studs, French fashion house 'On Aura Tout Vu' presented its Spring/Summer 2014 Haute Couture collection on Monday (January 20), marking the start of Paris Fashion Week. Models walked the catwalk to a revisited version of traditional wedding music, wearing mostly black and white outfits. Dark studs were woven into light fabrics, as models wearing long black and white dresses swished down the catwalk. 'On aura tout vu' showed a collection entirely based on contrasts, whether between black and white or dark and shadow. Black ruffles adorned a long sleek dress dotted with bold studs, while backs and busts were a translucent white and glittered with sequins. But all was not black and white -- the collection had a splash of purple and light blue for a touch of colour.
