A suicide bomber kills at least 13 people at a popular Lebanese restaurant in Kabul.
The Taliban is claiming responsibility for the attack.
The assault was carried out around dinner time in the heavily fortified district that is home to many wealthy Afghans.

"A suicide attack hit the Lebanese restaurant. It was very powerful and shook the area, and after that very intense gunfire took place, we were very frightened. I stood up and was quite shaken, I came out to see that soldiers had arrived from all four corners."
A spokesman from the Afghan Interior Ministry:
