US plans to limit carbon emissions

The United States has said it wants to set new emission standards for coal-fired power stations to combat climate change. The plan hopes that captured carbon emissions can be funnelled back into the production of other fossil fuels. Opponents argue the plan is not to keep coal plants running cleanly, but shutting down the American coal industry altogether. Al Jazeera's Shihab Rattansi reports from Washington, D.C.
