A court in California has dismissed a case involving a woman who was issued a traffic ticket for wearing a pair of Google Glass while driving.
Cecilia Abadie, a web and mobile application developer, was stopped by police in October for speeding. Police then issued her a second citation for wearing Google Glass while driving.
But the court ruled there wasn't enough evidence to prove that the device was actually on while she was behind the wheel.

"However, another critical element of this code section is that evidence be presented beyond a reasonable doubt that the device was operating at the time of the alleged violation and in this case, the court finds such evidence has not been presented beyond a reasonable doubt."
The court threw out both her tickets.
