A motorist driving a huge Budget rental truck in Philadelphia found his vehicle get stuck under a bridge.

Most drivers can comfortably maneuver small to mid sized cars. Handling a larger vehicle poses a unique set of challenges.

One motorist driving a huge Budget rental truck had been cruising down Wynnefield avenue in Philadelphia. Things went all right until the unidentified driver approached a bridge.

Somehow the ratio of bridge clearance to truck height was miscalculated. The Budget truck stood taller than the bridge.

The clearance on the overpass was posted as 11 feet 8 inches. Fortunately no one was hurt, but the roof of the box truck had been ripped off. The sides were still intact, but just barely.

The vehicle got stuck under the bridge. The truck was said to be empty, meaning that despite the extensive vehicular damage, no furniture pieces were affected.

As for the security deposit the driver paid prior to renting the truck, most likely Budget will be hanging on to that.
