In this video, Dr. Iagulli of Trinity Orthopedics discusses the common causes of neck pain and shoulder pain.

Transcript:
The most common reason for neck and shoulder pain can be a few common reasons. One, you have a tearing of the rotator cuff or the four muscles that surround the humeral head that allow us to move that shoulder and space. Or two, spasming pain from any of the muscles that stabilize the scapula. This can radiate pain up into the neck, down the back midway between the scapula or even into the shoulder and down the upper arm.
